Return Policy
At AromaGnome, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy for faulty or damaged items. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Skincare Products:
Please note that AromaGnome is not liable for any adverse reactions that may occur when using our skincare products. It is the customer's responsibility to review all listed ingredients and product warnings prior to making a purchase.
To ensure the product is suitable for your skin, we strongly recommend performing a patch test by applying the product to a small area of skin, such as the wrist, before full use. Discontinue use if any irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at: customersupport@aromagnome.com with your refund or exchange request.
- Ensure the item is unused, in the original condition and packaging, and include your order number, proof of damage, and photos of the item and its packaging.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be faulty or damaged to qualify for a return. We do not accept returns for a change of mind or incorrect sizing. Sizing information is provided on each product page to assist with apparel purchases.
- Clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Non-returnable items include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and any item that is damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in processing.
- Contact your bank for further information on refund posting timelines.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at customersupport@aromagnome.com.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, please email us at customersupport@aromagnome.com.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
