ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. You will be sent an email within that timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Orders are generally shipped within 4-12 days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States at this time.

STANDARD SHIPPING WITH C02 OFFSETTING:

Certain products will have the option for Standard C02 offsetting shipping. Fees from this shipping method will be used to fund projects around the world that reduce carbon emissions. By choosing this option, you as the customer will offset the average emissions ($0.11 without taxes per product or its equivalent in other currencies) associated with blank product manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, and expected product care.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customersupport@aromagnome.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
